Return & Exchange

Suvesha promise to always try our best to make sure that you love our product as much as we loved making it for you. However, At Suvesha, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In case you're not, please follow the below process for initiating exchange & return of your order. We'd be happy to exchange any item that is unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and retaining the original tags, within 5 days from the date of delivery, for a different size or style.

Exchange

At Suvesha we will connect with the customer for reconfirmation of the order via what's app / phone call after approval we will dispatch the order within 24 hrs.

The exchange request has to be raised within 5 days from the date of receiving the product.

You need to enter the order number & your email/registered phone number. You can exchange the same product in a different color/size option or you can exchange with a different product from our catalogue.

• We will arrange a pick-up of the product delivered to you and get a fresh piece delivered.
• The exchange process will start as soon as we receive the returned product.

• The product should be unused/unworn and a request should be raised within 5 days of delivery.
• We have a free exchange policy.

• No request will be taken for the products that are getting exchange for the second time.

Return Policy applicable for domestic orders:

At Suvesha we will connect with the customer for reconfirmation of the order via what's app / phone call after approval we will dispatch the order return will applicable Incase of a defect in the product or wrong product got delivered

Please Note :- We would require clear parcel opening videos or pictures.
